Human Practice Foundation Sweden was established in 2021 to strengthen the organisation’s international reach and long-term support for education programmes in Kenya and Nepal. From Stockholm, we engage a growing network of partners, donors, and advisors who share our belief in education as a powerful tool for change.

The Swedish foundation selects which projects to support and works in close collaboration with the global team to ensure effective implementation, transparency, and measurable impact.

Human Practice Foundation Sweden plays a key role in connecting Nordic philanthropy with community-driven initiatives — turning global commitment into lasting opportunities for children.
